Responsibilities:
- Maintenance
of entire facility. To include mowing, trimming,
planting and watering.
- Maintenance
of seating area.
- Maintenance
of equipment and tools.
- Cleaning
and pressure washing.
- Small
repairs.
- Weed
control inside and outside of facility.
- Replacement
of lightbulbs.
- Painting
and staining.
- Ensure
the venue is safe, that all potential hazards are
fixed.
Qualifications:
- 16
years of age or older.
- Valid
drivers license and access to reliable transportation.
- Have
the ability to work well with others and to work
outside.
- Working
knowledge of lawn equipment.
- Ability
to lift heavy objects.
- Nights
and weekend work required.
Salary:
- Seasonal
position begins March 1, 2007.
- 40-50
hours a week.
- Starting
salary based on experience.
