Responsibilities:
  • Provide the primary level of guest assistance throughout the venue.
  • Required to have a thorough knowledge of building policies, procedures and event requirements.
  • Provide information on our Designated Driver program.
  • Distribute venue information and updates.
  • Act as a listening post for guests' compliments and complaints.
  • Provide ADA services and information to guests with disabilities.
  • Relocate guests with trouble seats or ADA requirements.

Qualifications:
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Friendly and personable. Excellent customer service skills required!
  • A team player. Must work well with others.
  • Must be available nights and weekends.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
Salary:
  • Starting at $8.00 per hour.
